RETURNS POLICY

At The Perfect Hamper, we are dedicated to creating The Perfect Hamper for you. Whether giving or receiving The Perfect Hamper we are passionate about making a seamless experience for all. We pride ourselves on the presentation and quality of our hampers upon delivery. All Hamper inclusions are listed at the time of purchase, and no refunds for incorrect choice are permitted. If your Hamper isn’t perfect, and you received the wrong item please get in touch with us by email info@theperfecthamper.com.au

 

SUBSTITUTIONS

Due to the nature of our industry we reserve the right to make substitutions of items of equal or greater value to ensure you receive your hamper in a timely manner. This may include but is not limited to, brand and flavour substitutions.

We reserve the right to change our hampers, prices and policies at any time without notice. 

 

PHOTOGRAPHY

For display purposes additional props may be used however they are not included in the gift boxes unless it is listed in the description.

 

PRIVACY

We understand your privacy is important to you and appreciate your confidentiality. We only collect personal information to ensure successful delivery of your gifts.

You have the option to subscribe to our mailing list at time of check out, or at any time on our website.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Our payment options are safe and secure through Shopify Payments and PayPal.

 

LIQUOR

Hampers which contain alcohol may only be purchased by and delivered to persons over the age of 18. You must not have any hampers with alcohol delivered to yourself. All delivery or pickup orders that contain alcohol will be delivered between 7am – 7pm. As the purchaser you agree that you are purchasing the hamper as a gift and not for self-consumption.

 

DELIVERY

We are not liable if a hamper cannot be found or is damaged after safe delivery and the courier can provide evidence of this delivery. Similarly, if you choose an Authority to Leave Delivery option, we are not liable for any loss or damage to the Hamper and its contents. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a replacement or refund as it is beyond our control. All delivery times are an estimate only, and are subject to matters out of our control, all parcels can be tracked using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation.
